Trial by Trolley: R-Rated Track Expansion

Adds 100 new R-rated track scenarios to the base game for more explicit, adult-themed choices. Players continue to play cards and argue to persuade the Trolley Operator, who must decide which track the runaway trolley will follow. The expansion provides darker, more explicit victim/comparator pairings to escalate the debate and moral dilemmas. Requires the core game to play and is intended for adult groups due to explicit content.
