Ultimate Kingdoms (Pathfinder)

A Pathfinder rules expansion for campaigns that move beyond adventuring into kingdom building and large-scale management. Players establish settlements, issue edicts, construct strongholds, develop trade and diplomacy, and manage factions, relationships, and other aspects of rulership. The book also includes abstract mass-combat rules for land, sea, and air battles, with options for commanders, tactics, sieges, logistics, terrain, and weather. Additional systems cover ships and naval combat, organizations and intrigue, character options, magical construction, sample kingdoms, military units, and record sheets. Its modular rules can be used together or added individually to a 5E campaign.
