Unmatched: Sun's Origin

Two legendary Japanese warriors face off in a compact skirmish game. Players each command a hero and a small cast of fighters, using unique decks and asymmetric abilities to outmaneuver and defeat the opponent. One hero emphasizes tactical control and empowering an honor guard to deliver powerful coordinated strikes; the other focuses on fast, aggressive attacks and relentless pursuit across the board. Gameplay combines card-driven actions, movement on a map, and positional combat with character-specific special abilities. The components include character cards and artwork reflecting Japanese historical themes, with visual and cultural consultation informing the presentation.
