Waters of Nereus

Players command a ship and a crew exploring a sea full of treasures and hazards. Each player assigns roles—captain, pilot, first mate, purser, scientist, merchant, boatswain—to activate specific abilities and manage resources such as funds, equipment, research, and trade. Play unfolds over six rounds. Each round reveals how many crew may be activated; players secretly choose a crew member and then resolve chosen actions in turn order. Collected treasures can be spent to pay off crew for victory points and to trigger extra actions, creating trade-offs between short-term benefits and endgame scoring.
