Wings of Glory: World War 2 – Spitfire Mk. IX

A late-war single-seat fighter built on an earlier airframe and fitted with an uprated Merlin engine to improve speed and climb against German opponents. The miniature comes preassembled and painted and includes a model base with aircraft statistics, a variable-altitude flying stand, and a dedicated maneuver deck. Play uses the system’s card-driven maneuver mechanics to plot and execute turns, climbs and dives; altitude is tracked by the stand and larger maneuver cards accommodate the faster, more agile movement of this type.
