Worker Placement

Players run competing temporary employment agencies, hiring unemployed workers, improving their skills, and placing them in short-term jobs to earn cash and reputation. Each round, players determine turn order, reveal available jobs, draft and auction business cards, then place their workers at different buildings to gain benefits or fill jobs. Worker placement costs depend on the number of workers already at each location, while reputation can improve a worker’s position in the employment line. After resolving actions, workers return and players prepare for the next round.
