World At War 85: The Untold Battles

A platoon-level wargame set in an alternate 1985, where Warsaw Pact forces have invaded West Germany and continue their offensive into the Low Countries, France, and the rest of Western Europe. Players command NATO and Warsaw Pact units in fast-moving battles across a range of scenarios. Combat uses opposed dice rolls, with both attacking and defending units participating in each engagement. Unit counters contain the information needed to resolve attacks without a combat results table, while initiative, formation activation, variable turn lengths, close air support, and air cover shape each battle.
