Xia: Missions and Powers

Adds new ship powers and mission cards to expand variability without changing core rules. Includes alternate powers for each existing ship that are balanced with the originals, provide more reliable effects, and can be used multiple times per turn when a ship is acquired. Introduces four new mission types—Transport, Assist, Counterfeit, and BOOM!—that trigger from a sector type rather than a specific location and often resolve at a player, making them more interactive and easier to complete early in the game. Also includes a single rules/credits reference card.
