This system-independent fantasy role-playing campaign and regional module is set in the Nordic world of Aargard, where Valrum invades Grenstal and lays siege to Songren. The characters break through enemy lines, seek help from the Ice-Pirates, consult the oracle Bendatéin, and search for the legendary hero Grahmdor. Their journey leads through hostile mountain country, enemy territory, and the realm of the Fire gods, while agents of the Panthers of Ice pursue them. Detailed maps, non-player characters, and adaptable scenario material support the game master in running a campaign about war, divided loyalties, sacrifice, and the fate of thousands.
