12 Chip Trick

Three players play a compact trick-taking game with 12 numbered discs, six red and six black. Each round players play discs to tricks and may follow suit, then the trick winner keeps one disc face up (out of play) while the other two draft the played discs back into their hands face down. Play continues until a player runs out of discs; then all players reveal four remaining discs and score their values. A running total across rounds determines the leader, but any player reaching 21 or more points has their score halved, so point management and selective capture shape decisions.
