This 1870 variant uses a new map, a changing selection of private companies, and rule changes that alter how each game develops. When a private company opens, its owner chooses the company's starting city. The game uses the base 1870 rules, with a summary of the differences included. A copy of 1870 is required, as this kit contains only the new components.
