This setting supplement explores the culture and history of an ancient imperial heartland, an island rising from the ruins of the Blizzard War and centuries of obscurity. It adds new locations, non-player characters, monsters, and an NPC archetype, while expanding the cult of Hoenir and introducing minor gods associated with gossip, riddles, and teaching.
