A rules module for Ultramodern5, this supplement supports settings centered on rare individuals with unnatural or superhuman abilities. It provides tier-based talent acquisition with over 180 upgradable talents and more than 950 variations, along with sacrifice rules for trading penalties for new talents. The supplement also adds eleven backgrounds, apex-themed life events, eleven power-focused ladders, and new adversary templates and monsters. Its framework can be used with the included premise or adapted to other homebrew settings.
