Investigators join an expedition into the ruins of an ancient Aztec city, following a historian’s discovery that hints at forces beyond human understanding. Players navigate a branching campaign of scenarios, exploring rainforests, caverns, and lost temples while managing resources, clues, and the investigators’ physical and mental health. The expansion provides the full sequence of scenarios, new campaign events and skill cards, and choices that shape future play and investigator development. Designed for one to four players, it requires the core game to play.
