Re-fight World War II on a global map with plastic soldiers, tanks, planes, and ships. Players control the United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Germany, or Japan, managing territories, production, and military forces. Combat uses dice and a range of land, air, and naval units, including artillery, armor, fighters, destroyers, and battleships. Players can also research technologies to improve their units, with victory determined by control of key territories.
