Breath of the Yellow Rose

The monks of the Monastery of the Yellow Rose practice dietary restrictions and breath control in their secluded home atop the Earthspur Mountains. Their methods become fashionable among Mulmaster’s wealthy, but several practitioners begin dying from suffocation and starvation. Characters investigate whether the deaths result from dangerous misunderstanding or a sinister influence among the city’s rich and powerful. This adventure is designed for three to seven 1st–4th-level characters and is optimized for five 3rd-level characters.
