Brook City: Waybright & Salinas Promo Card

A promo ally/rival card featuring a remote pair of investigators. As an ally, they can suffer 1 stress to let a character encounter a target in the crime area as though nearby. As a rival, each cop at BCPD is considered near the target while a suspect has at least 1 progress. Activating the rival forces each cop to discard 2 hunches or suffer 1 stress; busting it gives each cop 2 hunches and removes 1 stress.
