Cacao: Chocolatl

Adds four optional modules that integrate with the Cacao base game and can be used separately or together. The chocolate module lets players convert cacao into chocolate at chocolate-maker tiles and sell it on special markets using wooden chocolate markers. The huts module provides double-sided hut tiles that grant in-game powers or endgame scoring bonuses when acquired. The irrigation module introduces special plantations that yield large cacao harvests at the cost of spending water. The maps module gives each player starting map tiles and a shared preview board, allowing additional tile-choosing options when filling spaces on the board.
