Steam Power: Cat Power

Adds two whimsical maps and a new rule about sleeping cats that affects track placement. Players build track networks and route trains per the base game’s rules while avoiding tiles or actions that wake sleeping cats; if cats are disturbed, specific penalties or constraints come into play, introducing an extra layer to the tile‑placement puzzle. Requires the base game components and plays using the standard turn sequence, with the cat mechanic integrated into route planning and track construction.
