Concordia: 8 Forum Cards mini-expansion

Adds eight new Forum cards on a single cardboard sheet plus a small set of Privilege cards from Navegador. The sheet includes the rules for integrating the cards into the main game and specifies which cards can be mixed with existing setups. Players shuffle the new Forum cards into the regular Forum deck and use the Privilege cards as optional bonuses during play. The content is compatible with the base game and other expansions; the listed crossover expansion is not required.
