Corrupted Magic Items of the Necronomicon: Plague-born Pouch

A corrupted magic item grows in power as its bearer gains experience. Its influence appears through character manifestations and stains associated with the item, while the item itself develops additional manifestations. The bearer suffers no stain or drawback from the item’s increasing power.
