When a desperate refugee emerges from the Darklands, the heroes must aid the caligni, an ancient people who have become willing thralls to shadow. The adventure leads into the subterranean wilds to uncover the caligni’s history and the secrets of the Plane of Shadow, while seeking to prevent the rebirth of a shattered god and the release of an unfathomable darkness.
