A superhero roleplaying supplement presenting ten villains for use in BASH! Ultimate Edition campaigns. Each villain includes a backstory, roleplaying advice, and scenarios for introducing them into play, ranging from alien armorers and arachnid assassins to mutant mobsters, weather controllers, and cosmic visionaries. The supplement also adds new Advantages and Disadvantages, introduces M.E.R.I.T., a federal super-police organization, and includes printable paper stand-up miniatures for the featured villains.
