Darker Dungeons

A pen-and-paper fantasy role-playing game that updates a classic dungeon-crawling ruleset with a unified system while retaining similar probabilities and play feel. Players create adventurers with fixed ability scores and hit points, choose from revised character classes, and explore dungeons using weapons, shields, spells, and special abilities. The rules remove Alignment, add spell specialisation for clerics, magic-users, and elves, and introduce new equipment and class options. Shield bonuses depend on proficiency, while classes and weapon choices are adjusted to support a broader range of characters.
