Set in an alternate autumn of 1888, six months after Martian pods crash to Earth, the game takes place in a conquered Victorian Britain inspired by H.G. Wells’ The War of the Worlds. Players face the invading Martians amid the dangers and villainy of late Victorian London, with a more adventurous and heroic tone than its source setting. It uses the second-edition rules of The Jack Hack and requires that game to play.
