Death in the Painted Canyons (Swords & Wizardry)

An adventure for a party of 4–6 characters of levels 5–6, set among the desert landscapes of the Painted Canyons. The party investigates a series of events, follows clues to a criminal conspiracy involving a gnoll encampment, and confronts the forces behind the plot. Investigative and survival skills are useful, while a guide can assist with desert travel. Combat is frequent, leading to a dangerous final confrontation.
