Emergency Response II

A two-part superhero adventure set in Empire City and beyond, designed to fit into any Silver Age Sentinels campaign. Players face a race to stop a monster’s plot while confronting a villain seeking to increase both his power and his humanity. The adventure also includes new characters and background on Empire City’s history.
