Federation & Empire: Minor Empires

This expansion adds the Lyran Democratic Republic, Vudar Enclave, and Seltorian Tribunal to the General War setting, each with its own ships, counters, fleet charts, and depot chart. Players can use these minor empires in scenarios exploring their roles in the conflict, including Lyran reunification, the Klingon campaign against the Vudar, new territorial struggles, and the Seltorian war against the Tholians. Five scenarios provide alternate histories and new strategic situations.
