Free City of Landos

A setting centered on a medium-sized city in a vast plains region inhabited by native peoples and barbarians. The city is governed by Caravan Masters who oversee trade across the civilized lands, while its leaders seek to expand upscale businesses and push the native population back toward the plains. It provides a location for adventures involving trade, cultural conflict, and murder investigations.
