A scenario and character supplement centered on a paranoid dictator who fears artificial intelligence and seeks to eliminate anyone developing it. It includes background, personality, combat tactics, goals, and PL 12 game statistics, along with service droids, infantry and assassin droids, pilots, black ops troops, and mercenaries. The supplement also provides UAVs, SUVs, helicopters, adventure hooks, and three headquarters: a research facility, a secret fortress, and a submarine aircraft carrier.
