GURPS Power-Ups 3: Talents

This GURPS Fourth Edition supplement collects the official Talents in one place, listing their point costs, related skills, reaction modifiers, and original sources. It clarifies how Talents interact with unique skills and defaults, and how combat skills can be included. It also presents optional rules for alternative benefits, Anti-Talents, extended levels, learning Talents during play, adjusted costs, and using Talents as intensive training rather than natural aptitude.
