Hamnett Yamazaki

This PDF presents Hamnett Yamazaki, an Imperial admiral responsible for naval forces across a sub-sector. He is a pragmatic officer who enforces laws against kidnapping, arms shipments, terrorism, and espionage, while overlooking lesser infractions when it benefits commerce, intelligence gathering, or local stability. He also accepts discreet payments when illicit trade does not threaten the Imperium. The supplement details his background, personality, principles, and relationships with allies, contacts, rivals, and enemies. It also includes dozens of adventure hooks and ideas for using him in each role.
