This setting book expands a rustic fantasy region of remote mountain dales populated by farmers, hunters, herbalists and peddlers who live alongside the Unseen, the realm of the Creatures of Twilight. It supplies lore for each dale — cultures, landmarks, rumors and legends — plus over 70 challenges and Twilight creatures with backstories to discover. The book adds 30 new tropes and 120 theme kits for character creation, solo and co-op support, and rules for cooking, crafting, charms, rituals and herbalism via the Oldways folk-magic path. A secret Thaumaturgy option offers a more powerful cultivation-based magic path, and a seven-adventure campaign ties the setting together.
