Players take the roles of competing political classes as the old order collapses and a new order seeks stability. Gameplay introduces crisis events, response cards, and alternative events that force players to adapt policy and resource allocation under pressure. Class-specific hidden agendas provide asymmetric objectives, encouraging distinct political and economic strategies. Added automa decks let each role be played solo or with fewer players, and new modes expand modular setup options that alter pacing and decision space. The box collects stretch-goal content previously released separately and integrates it into the core campaign framework.
