Players act as competing real estate tycoons building and managing luxury resorts on a modular board. Play proceeds by rolling and moving around the board, acquiring land, purchasing building structures, and adding guest entrances as separate investments to expand hotels. Landing on an opponent’s resort requires paying a fee that scales with the hotel’s complexity; players invest in driveways, pools, ski chalets and other 3D elements that increase revenue and deterrence. The objective is to bankrupt rivals or accumulate the most wealth through strategic property acquisition, expansion timing, and entrance placement, while navigating luck from dice and opponent actions.
