Manifesto: Transmissions from the Rogue Council

A sourcebook about the Rogue Council, a mysterious group whose magical transmissions reach Tradition chantries despite attempts to suppress them. Its message calls for resistance against apathy and Technocratic control, the creation of new paths to the Horizon, and the shattering of reality’s boundaries to awaken the Sleepers. It provides a conflict centered on Tradition leaders, rebellious mages, and the Council’s campaign to reignite the war.
