Pampero: Project Verne

Introducing innovators, freelancers, H2 fuel production, CO2 credits, low-tech towers, events, and more. New cards, tiles, tokens, and rules expand the renewable-energy development system. Players build wind farms, collect CO2 tokens, construct electrical towers, produce hydrogen fuel containers, and deliver them to local markets or export them by tanker ship. Innovations and freelancers provide additional actions and strategic combinations, while new tower bonuses and event tiles introduce lasting effects after scoring.
