An island in the South Pacific serves as the new center of world politics and the epicenter of the Improbability Wave, a force behind emerging technologies, powers, heroes, and villains. This superhero roleplaying supplement provides 15 ready-to-use heroes, 14 villains, and a base of operations for stories on the island. It includes story ideas, random tables for developing further adventures, and seven scenarios focused on the island’s power plant. The scenarios can be played individually, combined, or linked into a longer series.
