Quartermaster General: Air Marshal – Peace Treaty promo tile

A promo tile that alters setup by allowing an immediate redraw for two countries, one from each team. After players draw opening hands and before any opening-discards, both chosen countries may shuffle their drawn cards back into their decks and draw a new hand if both teams consent. The tile represents a negotiated pause in hostilities during setup and requires agreement between teams to take effect. It applies only at game start and affects only the initial draw phase.
