Shackles of Blood

In the region surrounding Hillsfar, increased patrols by the Red Plumes coincide with a series of missing farmers. Characters join one of the local factions, investigate the disappearances, and uncover the truth behind them. This four-hour adventure is designed for characters of 1st–4th level.
