Sluagh

This supplement introduces the sluagh, shape-shifting sorcerers and former rulers of more than a thousand systems who hide among the worlds of the galaxy while preparing to rise again. It includes two sluagh stat blocks (CR 6 and CR 10), guidance for incorporating them into galactic civilizations, and the void rune, a new weapon fusion seal.
