Star Trek: Attack Wing – Fleet Commander Resource

This participation prize from the first month of the Klingon Civil War organized play event is a resource for Star Trek: Attack Wing. It allows one ship to assign two captains and use both of their abilities. The ship’s Captain Skill Number equals the higher captain skill plus 1, and it may increase either its Shield or Hull value by 1 at the start of the game, up to a maximum Hull value of 6. It costs 5 squadron points.
