Super Munchkin

Players take on comic-book hero roles—Mutant, Exotic, Mystic, or Techno—and build power by gaining Levels and equipping gadgets, powers, and gear. On each turn a player draws an encounter card (“kick down the door”) and typically battles monsters or masterminds using their accumulated levels, items, and special abilities. Other players can intervene to help or hinder, adding allies, bonuses, or extra foes. Victory comes by reaching the target Level first; winning fights grants treasure and levels, while losing can impose “bad stuff” such as losing items or levels. The game uses humorous, themed cards and supports mixing with other entries in the same card-series.
