Take on the role of a superhero in Super-City, choosing a Class such as Mutant, Exotica, Mystic, Techno, or Brain. Gain Levels to use more Powers, then fight villainous masterminds, monsters, and aliens from other dimensions, taking their items as loot. Play cards for equipment, abilities, and special advantages, including capes, licenses, and other superhero gear. This set combines the base game with its expansion, adding new enemies, items, Powers, and the Brain Class.
