The Glass Assassin

On the Imperial world of Scintilla, the Lord of Hive Tarsus travels across the desert in a Leviathan vehicle, collecting tribute and pledges of loyalty from the surrounding habitations. When Inquisitor Markus Moncrieff is gravely wounded while investigating a cult within the court, the Acolytes are called upon to continue his work. The investigation leads through intrigue and action toward a forbidden xeno-tech conspiracy and a Chaos ritual involving a daemonhost. Designed for characters with two career ranks, the scenario typically takes two to four sessions, with additional subplots and events available to extend the investigation.
