The Heist

An introductory adventure for the Mutants & Masterminds Superhero Roleplaying Game, designed for four PL 10 heroes. The heroes must stop the villainous siblings Rant and Rave as they attempt to rob a bank in Freedom City with the help of hired muscle. The scenario can be adapted for larger groups or heroes of a lower power level.
