The Mad Doctor's Formulary

This 15-page gothic-themed RPG accessory presents murderous medicine, sadistic surgery, and gruesome grafting as alternatives to magical methods of altering bodies and minds. It includes procedures such as implanting psychic triggers, performing lobotomies, stimulating adrenal glands, and installing kill-switches. The supplement also details chirurgical constructs, including creations designed for telepathic relays, restraint, and dissection. It provides rules and material for incorporating these techniques and constructs into an Adventure Path campaign, with illustrated examples for use at the table.
