The Old Sandpiper Cottage (5E)

An abandoned cottage beside a disused road holds secrets beneath its derelict exterior. While travelling between destinations, an adventuring party stops at a small village and hears the local stories surrounding the building, including accounts from its Dwarven residents. The party can investigate the cottage, explore its rooms, and uncover what happened there. This 5th Edition-compatible extended one-shot is designed for four characters of level 8 or higher, with guidance for adapting it to other levels.
