The Scarab's Lair

This Freedom City Atlas supplement details the abandoned secret lair of the Scarab, an Egyptian psychic who has reincarnated through the ages. Hidden beneath Pyramid Plaza, the lair includes floor plans, cutaway diagrams, background information, and clues surrounding its former occupant. The location can serve as a base for heroes or villains, the setting for a new incarnation of the Scarab, or an exploration site where heroes investigate the legacy of a former champion.
