The Scarlet Coral Citadel (Enhanced)

This adventure location for Pirate Borg takes players beneath the seabed to a decaying coral fortress corrupted by necrotic energy from the Netherworld. Cultists and Deep Ones lure pirates with promises of eternal life, while undead horrors, cursed relics, mutations, and dangerous bargains await within. Players navigate a point-crawl through twisting tunnels and deeper citadel levels, investigate keyed locations, and become entangled in a standoff between three rival factions. The adventure includes illustrated maps, major NPCs, new monsters, encounter and loot tables, and the Red Coral Addict class, which offers power at the cost of losing oneself.
